Salesforce now allows users to customize app pages by maximizing and minimizing page sections to save screen real estate. This feature helps users manage their workload by focusing on what’s most important.

d. Customizable Dashboards

2. Account Engagement (Formerly Pardot)

a. Completed Actions + External Actions

Now, users can trigger partner completion actions along with external actions within the same Salesforce interface. The platform seamlessly integrates with third-party tools, allowing for a multi-touch experience and operational efficiencies.

3. Commerce Feature Upgrades

a. Unified Order Management

Salesforce has made significant strides in streamlining order management for businesses. The introduction of Order Management Home and Order Management Work app templates makes it easier for users to manage orders and stay organized.

b. B2C Commerce New Starter Kits

The new starter kits for B2C Commerce come with prebuilt components that significantly cut down setup time. Enhanced site performance and maintainability make managing an online business a breeze.

c. B2B Commerce Reordering Feature
