Cloud DNS Integration
Cloud DNS integration further enhances the benefits of global access by ensuring that internal TCP/UDP load balancers with global access enabled have accurate health checks. Google Cloud’s DNS failover routing policy enables setting up active-backup configurations, allowing businesses to quickly reroute traffic if the primary resource becomes unreachable.
Cloud DNS manages the primary and backup IP addresses based on their respective health statuses, ensuring that users are always directed towards the most available and reliable resource, thus maintaining consistent uptime and performance.
