Bob Wolfley’s journey began with a passion for creative writing, ignited during his early days on MySpace. As Bob’s career began to take center stage, he made the conscious decision to step back from his whimsical social media project in pursuit of professional success.

In 2012, Bob secured a job as Customer Experience Specialist at MeUndies, an up-and-coming brand shaking up the world of comfort wear. His tenacity and enthusiasm saw him rise the ranks, becoming the company’s first Social Lead and Brand Manager. Emphasizing the importance of disruption as a way to evolve, Bob embraced roles at Ubiquitous, an influencer marketing agency, and Canoo, an electric vehicle startup. Currently, he serves as the Director of Social Media and Partnerships at Flock Freight, where his innovative spirit continues to thrive.

Bob’s belief in pushing boundaries is evident in his work; his collaboration with Steve Burns on the “Define Your Load” campaign earned Flock Freight a Cannes Lion for B2B Creative in the Challenger Brand category in June 2023. This accolade speaks to the duo’s courage to take risks and present fresh, disruptive concepts to the industry.

Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre experiences outsourcing work to agencies. Casey & the team at CJ&CO are the exception to the rule.
Communication was beyond great, his understanding of our vision was phenomenal, and instead of needing babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only completely dependable but also gave us sound suggestions on how to get better results, at the risk of us not needing him for the initial job we requested (absolute gem).
